NeuralAI provides gaming infrastructure tools and services, including but not limited to:

  • SPARQ - The next-generation engine for real-time, collaborative, and limitless play
  • AI Worlds Launchpad - 1-click deploy and tokenize AI worlds

Assets you generate using our tools are subject to our usage license. You retain rights to use generated assets for personal and commercial purposes, subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Cryptocurrency and Blockchain

Our Services may involve cryptocurrency transactions and blockchain technology. You acknowledge and accept that:

  • Cryptocurrency values are volatile and may fluctuate significantly
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed
  • You are solely responsible for securing your private keys and wallet
  • We are not responsible for any losses due to market volatility or user error
  • Regulatory frameworks for cryptocurrency vary by jurisdiction

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIMED LABS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
